How do you calculate (SiteTalk Star) ranks?
The system automatically assigns ranks to its active users based on the points. The ranks are designated by stars: you can have at least 1 and a maximum of 5 stars.

Each day the system ranks the active users based on their points. The list is displayed in a descending order, so the first position is of the user who got the most points that day.
the division of stars is based on the following percentages:
5% of active users: 5 stars
10% of active users: 4 stars
15% of active users: 3 stars
20% of active users: 2 stars
50% of active users: 1 star

Let's illustrate this with an example:
If there are 100000 active members in the system, than the first 5000 users get 5 stars (that is the 5 percent of the 100000)
the 5001st member will get only 4 stars, same as everybody until the 15000th position (that is 10000 active users, i.e. the 10 percent of 100000 users)
between the positions of 15001 - 30000, users will receive 3 stars (that is 15000 active users, i.e. the 15% of 100000 active users)
between the positions of 30001 - 50000, users will receive 2 stars (that is 20000 active users, i.e. the 20% of 100000 active users)
the rest of the users (between positions of 50001 - 100000) will receive 1 star - this is 50000 active users, i.e. 50% of 100000 active users.

The stars are divided once again by the system based on the current number of points.

What do the stars mean?
If you are a subscriber of Star Club membership, then the points you get for your activities changes based on your rank.
For example:

if you have 3 stars, than for each login, invitation, etc. you will get three times as many points
if you have 5 stars, than for the same activities, you will get five times as many points, so, e.g.: an invitation is worth 5x50, i.e. 250 points.

If you would like to subscribe to a Star Club membership, click on the "Star Club Membership" menu and select the package you want. Currently, there are four packages available, which you can pay by using PayPal. The expiry date of your membership can be viewed here as well.

Can I get information about why I am getting points?
If you want to take a look at how your points increase, you can do that by clicking on the menu "History". If you are a Star Club member, you can see the date broken down into daily, weekly and monthly lists. If you are not a member yet, you can only see the weekly and monthly points.

Now you know how you can get more points, even five times as much as non-members. Let's see how all this translates into real C credits:

How can I redeem my points?
first and foremost, you need to collect at least 1000 points in order to initiate a transfer
for each transfer, you will receive 1 C credits for 10 points, so if you redeem 1500 points, you will get 150 C credits.
SiteTalk points redeeming, converting sitetalk points into credit

What is this C credit good for? Anything! Let's look at an example:
·         you can purchase a Deal
·         you can purchase a BID, which allows you to bid for the items at the auctions
·      you can use it in games, you can play against each other in credits or you can enter in the Contest of the Week games
·         you can send Gifts for your friends
·         you can send it with an invitation or with a Gift.

Can I lose my points?
There is one important things that has not been mentioned yet. If you are not active enough on the site, you can even lose your points. How do we measure this? If you don't log in to the website for 28 days, you will lose, on the 28th day, all your points and you will have to start from scratch with 0 points. Log in every day, so that you won't lose your points.
