SiteTalk Listing: listing of Global Digital Services PLC* (SiteTalk) in Emerging Companies Market
The CSE (Cyprus Stock Exchange) Council announces that pursuant to Article 58(1) of the CSE Law,
it has accepted the listing in the Emerging Companies Market of
25,000,000 shares of nominal value €0.01 of “Global Digital Services
Plc” at a price of €0.01.
The reasons for the establishment of the company is to create value from acquisitions
of already existing e-commerce companies through mergers /
acquisitions and ownership of stake in companies related to e-commerce
and the Internet.
The trading of the aforementioned securities will commence on April
30, 2013 and the Cyprus Stock Exchange will undertake the maintenance of
the above Registry in the Central Depository/Registry of the CSE.
The Greek and English code will be ΣΤΣΙ/
STC respectively while the ISIN Code will be MT0000730102.
