this option in Friends button on left side bar in SiteTalk v3.8, if you
use this option system automatically send your reference along with
mail.

Signing up of Friend and teach him about SiteTalk business Model.
Make sure your friend made account with your reference
Tell your friend the distinctive and business model of SiteTalk
Explain him how he can earn with SiteTalk.

Expand your social networkTell your friend how to invite friends on SiteTalk
This process will expand your social network, and this is very very powerful for upgraded members,
